SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently Vanita Jewelers' only ships to domestic addresses with in the US. All shipments will be sent through USPS and a tracking number will be sent in the Shipping Confirmation email. All delivery times are estimated and are subject to change with out notice from USPS. 

Customer will be responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping speed for all orders and agree to a two (2) day processing time for all orders. No delivery guarantees can be made from Vanita Jewelers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Returns and Exchanges must be REQUESTED via EMAIL with in 2 days from the delivery date of the order, delivery date will be assumed as per USPS delivery confirmation date. All orders will be allowed to return or exchange items only once. All returns and  exchanges must be completed within 15 days of the delivery confirmation. Customer will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges, and will not be credited any prior shipping charges. All replacement items/orders will be applicable to new shipping charges.
